摘　　要：本文对竖井运营阶段安全危害和影响因素进行了研究,提出了有用的风险控制和对策,进一步加强了竖井运营安全性和可靠性,防备及减少运营危害的产生,降低事故造成人员的伤亡和财产损失,保障竖井的安全高效运行。Based on the analysis of the security risk and the influencing factors in the operation stage of shaft,this paper puts forward effective control and countermeasures to further strengthen the safety and reliability of shaft operation,and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of operational hazards.It is of great significance and value to reduce casualties and property losses caused by accidents and to promote the safe and efficient operation of the shaft.
