透水模板布对混凝土涂层影响的试验研究

摘  要:测试了模板布与非模板布混凝土在不同龄期与有机涂层的黏结力;早龄期海水腐蚀条件下模板布与非模板布混凝土对有机涂层的黏结力,以及采用模板布与有机涂层联合防护对氯离子渗透的阻碍效果,讨论了模板布对增强有机涂层黏结力方面的作用机理。结果表明:与非模板布混凝土相比,模板布混凝土与有机涂层黏结力提高了15%以上,海水腐蚀后模板布混凝土与有机涂层黏结力提高10%以上,透水模板布与有机涂层联合防护对氯离子等有害离子的渗透有非常明显的阻碍作用。The purpose of this paper is to test,firstly,the cohesiveness between concrete pasted with the CPFL or the normal tamplantes and organic coating at different age.Secondly,to test that whether CPFL could influence the cohesiveness between organic coating and concrete under the corrosive effects of seawater.Then,to study the preventive effect of using CPFL and organic coating on preventing the penetration of chlorine ions in concrete.Finally,to discuss the mechanism that CPFL strengthen the cohesiveness of organic coating.Based on the study,it can be found that the cohesiveness between organic coating and concrete with CPFL increases by15%compared to concrete without CPFL;the cohesiveness between concrete pasted CPFL and organic coating adds by10%when corroded by seawater,compared to concrete without CPFL and the protection of using CPFL and organic coating can obviously block the penetration of chlorine ions and other harmful ions.
