摘 要:蒸压加气砌块作为一种新型建筑材料,已经广泛地应用于各类墙体,通过试验优化多种配合比得到一种适用于蒸压加气砌块外墙的干混装饰砂浆。讨论了可再分散胶粉和纤维素对装饰砂浆力学性能的影响,包括抗压、抗折强度以及拉伸黏结强度。研究发现,可再分散胶粉和纤维素的掺入会降低砂浆的抗压、抗折强度和压折比,但是能显著提高砂浆的拉伸黏结强度。胶粉掺量在1.2%时拉伸黏结强度达到峰值,较不掺提升了18.9%。纤维素掺量在0.2%时拉伸黏结强度达到峰值,较不掺提升了85.3%。砌块与砂浆间的拉伸黏结强度与砂浆抗压、抗折强度关系不大,拉伸黏结强度的大小主要取决于胶粉和纤维素的掺量。The autoclaved aerated concrete block,as a new building material,has been widely used in various types of building wall.A dry mixed decoration mortar suitable for exterior?walls built by aerated concrete block is obtained by optimizing various proportions through experiments,and here the influence of redispersible powder and cellulose on the mechanical properties of mortar are discussed,including compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile bond strength.The study found that mixing redispersible polymer and cellulose in mortar reduced compressive strength,flexural strength and its ratio,but significantly increased the tensile bond strength.The tensile bond strength reached a peak when the content of redispersible polymer was1.2percent and was18.9percent higher than that without it.Also,the tensile bond strength reached a peak when the content of cellulose was0.2percent and was85.3percent higher than that without it.The tensile bond strength between the block and the mortar has little to do with the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar,and it mainly depends on the content of.redispersible polymer and cellulose.
