摘 要:以气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩为骨料,P·O 42.5级水泥和熟石膏的混合物为胶结材料,添加可再分散性乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素制备保温板。使用单因素法分析了硅酸盐水泥和熟石膏的配料及抗压强度的关系;采用正交试验法研究了配料用量和保温板抗压强度、导热系数的关系。制得保温板的导热系数低至0.045 W/(m·K),抗压强度达到0.54 MPa。试验采用X射线衍射分析了胶结材料的反应,使用红外光谱技术研究了气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩的疏水特性。Expanded perlite was used as aggregate,42.5portland cement and plaster of Paris as bonding material,redispersible latex powder and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose were added to make insulation board.Single factor experiment method was applied to study the relationship between compressive strength and composition of Portland cement and plaster of Paris;Orthogonal test method was used to study the amount of ingredients′relationship with compressive strength and thermal conductivity of insulation board.Insulation board with thermal conductivity of0.045W/(m·K)and compressive strength of0.54MPa was made.The reaction of cementitious material was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.Hydrophobic property of expanded perlite filled with aerogel was investigated by infrared spectroscopy.
