摘  要:通过Midas有限元分析软件模拟冬季低负温条件下大体积混凝土内部温度场,分析了入模温度和表面保温措施对混凝土温度场的影响,最后通过现场试验验证了模拟结果的准确性。研究结果表明:(1)随着入模温度的提高,混凝土内部温度随之提高,表面温度无明显增长,里表温差逐渐增大。(2)施加保温措施后,表面温度随保温措施的增加而大幅升高,里表温差降低明显。(3)通过模拟施加3、5 cm厚度保温措施后,保温层厚度为5 cm时能够保证里表温差在20~25℃之间;Midas模拟结果与现场实测结果接近度较高。With the help of Midas finite element analysis software,based on simulating the condition of minus degree centigrade in winter,this paper has analyzed the influence of pouring temperature and heat-preservation measures on surface on heat-hydration performance.Moreover,we will examine the validity through on-the-spot investigation.The outcomes of the research are as follow:(1)With the increase of pouring temperature,the temperature inside concrete increases as well.However,temperature on the concrete surface dose not increase and the temperature gap between inside and outside aggravate gradually.(2)With heat-preservation measures,the surface temperature decreased rapidly,the temperature gap between inside and outside of concrete was narrowed down evidently.(3)We reinforced three centimeters and five centimeters when we applied the heat-preservation measures in experiments,and concluded that the temperature gap maintains around20to25Celsius degree in the condition of5centimeters heat-preservation measures.What′s more,the outcomes given by Midas simulating condition are quite similar to the results of on-the-spot examinations.
