摘  要:通过改变普通硅酸盐水泥基灌浆料中硫铝酸盐水泥的含量,研究灌浆料的性能受硫铝酸盐水泥掺量的影响。试验结果表明,灌浆料中按照3∶7的比例掺入普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥时,灌浆料力学性能得到显著提高,当龄期为1、3 d时,抗压强度分别为36.8、50 MPa,抗折强度分别为6.0、7.3 MPa。灌浆料的初始流动度达和1d的竖向膨胀率达到要求,分别为305 mm和0.033%。对灌浆料采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜微观性能分析发现,大量钙矾石和凝胶存在于灌浆料内部,且随时间增长Ca原子与Si原子比例逐渐下降,表明灌浆料具有致密的结构和稳定的强度。The influence of the amount of aluminum sulfide on the properties of grouting materials was studied through ordinary Portland cement and sulfate aluminate cement distribution.The experimental results show that,when using the ordinary Portland cement and sulfate aluminate cement according to the ratio of 3∶7 distributions,the mechanical properties of the grouting materials are good,the compressive strength of1d and3d reached 36.8MPa and 50MPa respectively,and the anti-bending strength was 6.0MPa and 7.3MPa respectively.The initial flow rate reached 305mm and the vertical expansion rate of1d was0.033%.Through microanalysis of grouting materials by SEM and EDS,a large amount of alum and gels were produced in the aqueous1d grouting material,the proportion of Ca atoms and Si atoms gradually decreases with age,which indicates that the structure of the grouting materials is dense and stable.
