摘　　要：主要针对目前国内连锁超市物流配送方面存在的一系列弊端,设计了一种较为优化的连锁超市物流配送系统方案。该方案遵循了"设定配送目标→详细调研物流配送作业流程→收集重要数据→传递与分析数据→物流配送系统的动态调整"的五步程序。为支撑该系统的构建与运行,最后提出了几点策略性建议。Aiming at the series of shortcomings existing with the logistics distribution process of chain supermarkets in China,this paper designs an optimized logistics distribution system for the supermarket chains,which follows the five-step procedure including setting distribution objectives,detailed investigation of the logistics distribution operation process,collecting important data,transferring and analyzing the data,and dynamic adjustment of the logistics distribution system.At the end,in order to support the construction and operation of the system,it proposes several strategic suggestions.
