摘 要:在淡水和Na_2SO_4溶液中进行冻融循环试验,测试和分析掺加钢渣粉或粉煤灰的磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)强度、表观形貌、质量损失、线膨胀变形、吸水率、物相组成及微观结构,并将其与纯磷酸钾镁水泥的上述试验结果进行比较,研究掺加钢渣粉或粉煤灰MKPC的抗盐冻性能.结果表明:钢渣粉和粉煤灰均有助于减小MKPC在盐冻中的强度损失和质量损失;适量钢渣粉和粉煤灰掺入可与MgO粉形成良好颗粒级配,提高MKPC硬化体密实度;冻融中硫酸盐的存在可减少钢渣粉中钙离子的溶出,粉煤灰可明显改善MKPC在冻融循环中的线膨胀变形,其惰性SiO_2填充作用及形态效应均有利于提高MKPC的抗盐冻性.The salt-frost resistance of magnesium potassium phosphate cement(MKPC)added with steel slag powder or fly ash was investigated in the freeze-thaw cycle test in fresh water and sodium sulfate solution by measuring the strength,apparent morphology,mass loss,linear expansion deformation,water absorption,phase composition and microstructure.The results show that both steel slag powder and fly ash can reduce the strength loss and mass loss of MKPC in salt freezing.The addition of appropriate amount of steel slag powder and fly ash can form good grain gradation with MgO powder,increase the density of MKPC hardened body.The existence of sulfate in freeze-thaw can reduce the dissolution of calcium ions in slag powder.Fly ash can significantly improve the linear expansion deformation in freeze-thaw cycles,and its inert SiO 2 filling and morphological effects are beneficial to enhancing salt-frost resistance of MKPC.
