摘  要:为给茶花的培育和筛选提供参考依据,以广东省佛山市林业科学研究所山茶园的10种茶花为材料,通过测定其光合特性参数和叶绿素荧光参数,揭示其光合荧光的基本生理特征。结果表明:10种茶花的主要光合生理特性因子中,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用率(WUE)的范围值分别为3.77~11.66μmol·m-2s-1、0.04~0.17 mol·m-2s-1、236.37~380.79μmol·mol-1、0.71~3.14 mmol·m-2s-1、0.05~0.41、1.81~5.43μmol·mol-1;10种茶花的主要叶绿素荧光参数中,最大荧光(Fm)、 PSII实际光量子效率(YII)、表观电子传递速率(ETR)、PSII非调节性能量耗散(YNO)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)的范围分别为229.75~358.00、0.04~0.07、3.15~5.11、0.66~0.72、0.14~0.30。10种山茶中,茶梅和张氏红山茶均为高光合能力品种,适宜栽培在水肥条件较好的地方;烈香和甜香水均为低光合、低蒸腾和高水分利用效率的品种,适宜栽植于较干旱的环境中;另外,烈香、杰作和张氏红山茶均适宜于强光环境中生长,而甜香水、茶梅、海泡和赛桃红则与之相反。In order to reveal basic physiological characteristics and provide some bases for cultivation and screening of Camellia species,photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in ten Camellia species were determined in Forestry Science Institute,Foshan,Guangdong.The results showed that in the photosynthetic physiological characteristic factors of the ten Camellia species,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)was3.77^-11.66μmol·m-2s^-1,stomatal conductance(Gs)was0.04-0.17mol·m-2s^-1,intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)was236.37-380.79μmol·mol^-1,transpriration rate(Tr)was0.71-3.14mmol·m-2s^-1,stomatal limit value(Ls)was0.05-0.41and water application efficiency(WUE)was1.81-5.43μmol·mol^-1.In main chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the ten Camellia species,maximum fluorescence(Fm)ranged from229.75to358.00,PSⅡactual optical quantum efficiency(YⅡ)ranged from0.04to0.07,apparent electron transfer rate(ETR)ranged from3.15to5.11,PSⅡunadjusted energy dissipation(YNO)ranged from0.66to0.72,and non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)ranged from0.14to0.30.Among the ten Camellia species,C.sasanqua and C.changii were the species with high photosynthetic energy and were fit to be planted in the places with good conditions of water and fertility.C.japonica and C.scentuous were the species with low Pn,low Tr and high WUE,and were fit to be planted in relative dry environment.Moreover,C.japonica,C.remek-delo travijata and C.changii were suitable for growing in strong-light environment,in contrast to C.scentuous,C.sasanqua and C.japonica.
