摘  要:目的探讨小型猪冠状动脉三维模型的构建方法及其3D打印模型的意义。方法选取1例新鲜正常离体小型猪心脏,灌注"环氧树脂-氧化铅"填充剂并铸型后,行128层螺旋CT薄层扫描采集二维图像数据集,利用Mimics 19. 0软件构建小型猪冠状动脉数字化三维模型,3D打印机打印其实体模型。结果基于CT原始数据,利用Mimics 19. 0软件成功构建出小型猪冠状动脉三维模型。重建模型清晰逼真、立体感强,可在三维空间任意缩放、平移及任意角度旋转,且可通过调整阈值范围分割显示左、右冠状动脉及其分支走行分布。结论血管三维重建技术和3D打印技术可以直观显示虚拟和现实小型猪冠状动脉的三维状态,可有效地辅助当前数字化、精准化医疗的发展方向,可为先心手术和影像解剖学教学提供一个仿真平台和实践工具。Objective To explore the method and significance of three dimensional modeling and3D printing of coronary artery in miniature pigs.Methods One case of fresh isolated miniature pig heart was infused with epoxy resin-lead oxide and then casted,the128-layers spiral CT thin layer scanning data of the casting specimen were used to reconstruct the three dimensional model of miniature pig coronary artery by Mimics19.0software and print the entity model by3D printer.Results With the Mimics19.0software,we successfully reconstructed digital three dimensional models of miniature pig coronary artery based on CT data.The three dimensional models were vivid and solid,which can be rotated at arbitrary scale,translation and arbitrary angle in three dimensional space,and the left and right coronary artery and its branch can be divided by adjusting the threshold range.Conclusion The blood vessels three dimensional reconstruction and3D printing technique are virtual and real to directly display the three dimensional state of miniature pig coronary artery,which can effectively assist the current digital and accurate medical development,and provide a simulation platform and practical tool for congenital heart disease operation and image anatomic teaching.
