摘　　要：专利的法律价值评估是专利价值实现的关键环节,利用国家知识产权局和中国技术交易所联合编写的《专利价值评估指标指导体系操作手册》中的专利法律价值评估指标体系,选取吉林省2014—2015年化学领域专利进行评估,筛选出高转化价值的有效专利。对筛选得到的专利进行分析,有助于企业和高校的双向联系和选择,推动高校和企业的合作和转化生产。该研究的专利价值评估方法同样适用于其他的产业领域。The evaluation of the legal value of patents is a key link in the realization of the patent value.This paper uses the patent legal value evaluation index system in the Operation Manual for Patent Value Assessment Indicator Guidance System jointly composed by the State Intellectual Property Office and the China Technology Exchange,and selects Jilin Province s patents in the chemical field from2014to2015for evaluation to screen the effective patents with high conversion value.The analysis of the patents obtained through screening will help the two-way contact and choice between enterprises and universities,and promote cooperation and transformation of production between universities and enterprises.The patent valuation method of this research also applies to other industrial fields.
