摘　　要：竞争情报的择优对企业发展必不可少,是企业进行战略决策的关键依据。针对物流企业竞争情报产品中决策者语言评价信息的模糊性,提出一种基于熵权二元语义的竞争情报评价方法。结合物流企业竞争性强、市场变化复杂等特点构建出其竞争情报产品评价指标体系,引入熵权法客观确定指标权重,同时借助二元语义处理决策者语言评价信息,最后通过算例分析验证该评价方法的有效性及适用性。计算结果表明该评价方法有效避免评价信息的扭曲和失真,能够使评价指标规范化,评价结果更加合理精确,这对于物流企业做出竞争战略决策具有重要的参考价值和理论意义。The selection of competitive intelligence is indispensable to the development of enterprise,which is the key basis for enterprises to make strategic decisions.Aiming at the fuzziness of language evaluation information of competitive intelligence product for logistics enterprises,this paper proposes a method of competitive intelligence evaluation based on entropy weight and two-tuples.It establishes competitive intelligence evaluation criteria system,which combines the characteristics of intense competition for logistics enterprises and complexity of the market changes.The entropy weight method is used to objectively determine the weight of the index,and the two-tuples is used to deal with the language evaluation information from the decision maker.Finally,an illustrative example analysis shows the effectiveness and feasibility of this approach.The results show that this method can effectively avoid distortions of evaluation information,standardize evaluation indexes and make evaluation results more reasonable and accurate,which is of important reference value and theoretical significance for logistics enterprises to make competitive strategic decisions.
