小城镇消防专项规划研究

摘　　要：对宜昌市黄花镇消防现状和主要存在问题进行了分析,提出了"应与总体规划及其他专项规划相结合、建立多层级消防队伍、解决消防水源及给水设施不足的问题"的规划思路,重点对镇区和村庄的消防安全布局规划、消防站规划、消防通道规划、消防供水规划等内容要点进行探讨,以期为类似地区消防专项规划编制工作提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the present situation and main existing problems of fire fighting in Huanghua Town of Yichang City,and puts forward the planning ideas of“combining overall planning and other special planning,establishing multi-level fire forces,solving the problem of insufficient fire-fighting water sources and water supply facilities”,focusing on fire safety layout planning,fire stations planning,fire passage planning and fire water supply planning are discussed in order to provide references for the special planning of fire fighting in similar areas.
