摘　　要：介绍了建筑类专业机房的选址和建设的规范设计要点,并对建筑类机房的软件特点和硬件要求进行了概括,同时对机房的维护与管理方法和技巧进行了归纳。This paper introduces design points of the site selection and designation of the building professional computer room,and summarizes the soft-ware features and hardware requirements of the building computer room.Also summarized the maintenance and management methods and techniques of the computer room.
