基于生产率视角的中国水稻生产方式发展绩效评价

摘　　要：生产方式转变已成为我国水稻产业发展研究的热点。运用DEA的Malmquist指数法,研究了2004—2015年中国早籼稻、中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻的全要素生产率及其构成和变动趋势,并构造发展绩效指数对中国水稻生产方式发展绩效进行评价。结果表明:2004—2015年中国早籼稻、中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻的全要素生产率依次为1.009、1.039、1.008和1.041,4种类型水稻的全要素生产率增长均主要来自技术进步,属于技术诱导型发展模式;从发展绩效指数判断,早籼稻属于低度粗放型生产方式,中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻都属于中度粗放型生产方式;从粗放程度判断,近12年来中国水稻生产方式获得了一些改善,但总体上仍然处于粗放型发展阶段。The transformation of production mode has become a hot spot in the research of rice industry development in China.In this paper,using the DEA-Malmquist index method,we studied the total factor productivity of Chinese early indica rice,medium indica rice,late indica rice and japonica rice in2004-2015and its composition and trend.The results showed that the total factor productivity of early indica rice,medium indica rice,late indica rice and japonica rice in China from2004to2015was1.009,1.039,1.008and1.041respectively.The total factor productivity growth of the four types of rice was mainly from technological progress and it belonged to the technology-inducing development mode;judging from the development performance index,early indica rice is a low-level extensive production mode,and medium indica rice,late indica rice and japonica rice are moderately extensive production methods;Judging from the degree of extensiveness,China’s rice production methods have improved in the past12years,but overall it is still in the extensive development stage.
