摘  要:目的建立与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的病理生理特征相似的慢性间歇低氧(chronic intermittent hypoxia,CIH)动物模型,探究动物模型小脑和海马组织中谷氨酸水平的变化情况。方法将24只雄性SD大鼠称重后随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各12只,每日白天将观察组大鼠放入低氧仓内,并向内循环输入压缩空气和氮气。记录并比较两组大鼠的体重、小脑和海马重量及其组织中谷氨酸水平。结果第7、14、21、28、35天,观察组大鼠体重均显著低于对照组(P_均<0.05);观察组大鼠小脑和海马重量均显著低于对照组(P_均<0.05),大鼠小脑重量/大鼠体重、海马重量/大鼠体重均显著高于对照组(P_均<0.05),大鼠小脑和海马组织中谷氨酸水平均显著低于对照组(P_均<0.05)。结论 OSAHS与机体代谢功能紊乱密切相关,CIH动物模型大鼠体重、小脑和海马重量及小脑和海马组织中谷氨酸水平均下降。ObjectiveEstablish a chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)animal model similar to the pathophysiological features of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and to explore changes in glutamate levels in the cerebellum and hippocampus of animal models.Method24male Sprague-Dawley rats were weighed and randomly divided into observation group and control group,12rats each.The rats in observation group were placed in a hypoxic chamber every day during the day,and compressed air and nitrogen were introduced into the circulation.The changes in body weight of the two groups were recorded and compared,and the weights of cerebellum and hippocampus and glutamate levels in the tissues of the two groups were measured.ResultOn days7,14,21,28,and35,the body weight of the rats in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(Pall<0.05).The weights of the cerebellum and hippocampus in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(Pall<0.05),the cerebellar weight/rat weight,hippocampus weight/rat weight were significantly higher than those in control group(Pall<0.05),the cerebellum and hippocampus glutamate levels were significantly lower than those in control group(Pall<0.05).Conclusion OSAHS is closely related to the metabolic disorder of the body.In the CIH animal model,the weight of the body weight,cerebellum and hippocampus is decreased,and the level of glutamate in the cerebellum and hippocampus is decreased.
