显微外科技术辅助治疗儿童先天性皮肤并指畸形的效果及皮瓣成活情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析显微外科技术治疗儿童先天性皮肤并指畸形的效果及皮瓣成活情况。方法选取2014年9月至2017年12月本院门诊收治的先天性皮肤并指畸形患儿100例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将入选患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患儿采用显微外科技术辅助手术操作,对照组患儿在放大镜下手术操作。比较两组患儿皮瓣成活情况、整体恢复情况、并发症发生情况及医生和家属对治疗效果的满意度。结果观察组患儿皮瓣存活率、医生和家属对治疗效果的满意度均显著高于对照组(P_均<0.05),并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿畸形均得到矫正,指蹼长度良好,功能及外观与健侧手指十分接近;对照组患儿9处畸形矫正不理想,外观和功能与健侧手指差异较大。结论显微外科技术辅助治疗儿童先天性皮肤并指畸形,能够达到较理想的治疗结果,患儿患指功能和外观与健侧手指接近,并发症少,皮瓣存活率高,医生和家属对治疗结果的满意度高。Objective To analyze the treatment effect and survival flaps of microsurgery in the treatment of children with syndactyly of the fingers.Method100cases of children with syndactyly of the fingers admitted to our hospital from September2014to December2017were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,50cases in each group.Observation group children were assisted by microsurgery,while control group children were operated under magnifying glass.The survival and overall recovery of flaps,complications and satisfaction of doctors and family members were compared between the two groups.Result The survival rate of flaps,the satisfaction of doctors and family members to the treatment effect in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(Pall<0.05),and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In observation group,deformities were corrected.Fingerweb length was good,function and appearance were very close to healthy fingers.In control group,9deformities were not corrected satisfactorily,and the appearance and function were quite different from healthy fingers.Conclusion Microsurgieal can be used to treat children with syndactyly of the fingers.It can achieve better therapeutic outcomes,with less limb complications,less appearance and poor health,higher survival rate of skin flap,treatment Result s are more satisfactory.
