“317护”手机APP宣教平台应用于维持性血液透析患者健康教育效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨和评价互联网+"317护"手机APP信息化平台宣教对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者健康教育的效果。方法:选取在本院接受维持性血液透析治疗≥3个月的80例患者,采取奇偶数分组法,选取其中40例奇数患者为对照组,另外40例患者为观察组。对照组实施个体指导、小组授课和随机化健康宣教,观察组实施互联网+"317护"手机APP信息化平台健康宣教。干预周期为2个月,对比两组患者健康行为、自我管理效能、症状控制及不良反应的差异。结果:观察组健康行为、自我管理效能各维度得分均明显优于对照组;观察组症状控制明显优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:互联网+"317护"手机APP信息化平台宣教可显著提升患者自我健康管理水平,有效控制临床症状,降低透析不良反应,有效保证治疗效果。Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of Internet+“317protection”mobile APP information platform on the health education of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:Eighty patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment for≥3months were enrolled in our hospital.The odd-even group method was used to select40patients with odd-numbered patients as the control group and40patients for the observation group.The control group implemented individual guidance,group teaching and randomized health education.The observation group implemented the Internet+“317protection”mobile APP information platform health education mode.The intervention period was2months,and the differences in health behavior,self-management efficacy,symptom control,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the health behavior and self-management effectiveness of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The symptom control of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+“317protection”mobile APP information platform education can significantly improve the patient's self-health management level,effectively control clinical symptoms,reduce dialysis adverse reactions,and effectively ensure the treatment effect.
