摘　　要：近年来飞速发展的科技金融已成为全国各地争相取得成绩的新兴领域,广东省也非常重视科技金融的发展,积极面对着新的发展契机。文章主要分析广东省、北京市和上海市科技金融的现状和趋势,探讨广东省科技金融发展中存在的问题和不足,针对性地提出一些对策和建议。In recent years,science and technology finance is rapidly developing and has become a new field that all parts of the country want to get achievements in.Guangdong province also attaches great importance to the development of science and technology finance,and actively face the new opportunities for development.This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and trend of science and technology fi nance in Guangdong province,Beijing and Shanghai,actively probes into the problems and shortcomings in the development of science and technology fi nance in Guangdong province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions pertinently.
