摘　　要：从专利分析的基本理论出发,通过对高价值专利分析的研究现状进行梳理,得到该研究方向的基本内容;同时,重点建立相关的理论分析模型,并选择移动互联网两个技术领域进行实证研究。结果表明,该模型和方法可以作为考察行业前沿技术的一种有效途径。Based on the basic theory of patent analysis,this paper sorts out the research status of high-value patent analysis and obtains the basic content of this research direction.At the same time,the paper establishes relevant theoretical analysis models,and selects two technical fi elds of mobile internet for empirical research.The results show that the model and method can be used as an effective way to examine the frontier technology of the industry.
