急性心肌梗死支架植入术后患者有创动脉测压的监测和护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性心肌梗死支架植入术后有创动脉测压应用的相关护理措施。方法 选择60例急性心肌梗死行冠脉支架植入术后留置动脉鞘管的患者,安返重症监护病房后通过连接压力传感器和有创血压监测模块,持续进行动态监测血压,回顾并发症的发生情况。结果 60例患者在监测期间有2例出现管道堵塞,1例患者自行拔管,8例患者有穿刺口少量出血,5例患者有局部感染前征相。60例患者在置管后6~48 h内拔除动脉鞘管,未发生严重并发症。结论 急性心肌梗死患者行支架植入术后进行有创动脉测压能及时、准确、连续反映患者的血流动力学情况,在监测过程中规范操作、加强监测和护理可减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the nursing measures of invasive arterial pressure monitoring after stent implantation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing coronary artery stent implantation were selected,and these patients left with an artery sheath.Then the artery sheathes were connected to the pressure sensors and the invasive blood pressure monitoring modules.The incidence of complications was reviewed.Results During the monitoring,2 cases had tube occlusion,1 case drew the tube by himself,8 cases had mild hemorrhage on the punctures,and 5 had the signs of local pre-infection.These artery sheath tubes were removed within 6-48 hours,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusions Invasive arterial pressure monitoring after stent implantation in patients with acute myocardial infarction can reflect the patients'hemodynamics in a timely,accurate,and continuous manner.Strengthening monitoring and care with standard operation can reduce the incidence of complications.
