摘  要:高校学生通过参与校园活动、利用实践平台、接受文化熏陶等方式掌握专业技能、塑造个性品质、提高综合能力,实现成长成才,校园文化育人与学生参与内在契合。在传统的学校主导式的校园文化建设模式下,校园文化育人面临学生受众减少、收益减小、选择偏少等困境,传统校园文化建设存在应然与实然的内在矛盾。学校应加强校园文化建设关键环节把控,做好校园文化建设服务工作,转变学生参与校园文化建设的角色,发挥学生校园文化建设的主体作用,助力校园文化育人目标实现。Through participating in campus activities,utilizing practice platform and accepting cultural edification,college students can master professional skills,shape personality traits and improve their comprehensive abilities so as to realize their growth and success.However,under the traditional school-oriented model of campus culture construction,the campus culture education is faced with the dilemma of less audiences,less gains,less choices and so on.School should strengthen the control of key links in the campus culture construction,support campus culture construction,change the role of students in the campus culture construction and make them play the main role of campus culture construction,and finally help achieve the goal of campus culture education.
