IL-2、IL-6、IL-17与老年甲状腺肿并甲亢患病的相关性

摘　　要：【目的】探讨血清白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、IL-6、IL-17在老年甲状腺肿并甲亢患者中的水平变化及其与甲亢性突眼症的关系。【方法】选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院确诊的74例甲状腺肿并甲亢老年患者(病例组)、选取同期健康体检对象30例(对照组),检测两组血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-17、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(three iodine thyroxine,T3)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody,TRAb),并按照是否伴有突眼症进行亚组分析。【结果】病例组的IL-2、TSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05),病例组的IL-6、IL-17、T3、T4及TRAb水平高于对照组(P<0.05);突眼症患者的IL-2、TSH水平低于无突眼症(P<0.05),突眼症患者的IL-6、IL-17、T3、T4及TRAb水平高于无突眼症患者(P<0.05);甲状腺肿并甲亢老年患者的IL-2与TSH呈正相关性(P<0.05)、与T3、T4及TRAb呈负相关性(P<0.05);甲状腺肿并甲亢老年患者的IL-6、IL-17与TSH呈负相关性(P<0.05)、与T3、T4呈正相关性(P<0.05),IL-6与TRAb呈正相关性(P<0.05)。【结论】老年甲状腺肿并甲亢患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-17发生显著变化,并且与疾病发展及病情具有一定的关系。【Objective】To explore the changes of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6 and IL-17 in senile goiter with hyperthyroidism and their relationship with hyperthyroid exophthalmos.【Methods】From January 2015 to January 2016,74 cases with senile goiter with hyperthyroidism(case group)and 30 cases with healthy physical examination(control group)were selected in our hospital.Serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-17,thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroxine(T4),three iodine thyroxine(T3),and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)were detected in both groups,and the subgroup analysis was carried out in accordance with the presence of exophthalmos.【Results】The levels of IL-2 and TSH in the case group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-6,IL-17,T3,T4 and TRAb in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 and TSH in the patients with exophthalmos was lower than those in the patients without exophthalmos(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-17,T3,T4 and TRAb in the patients with exophthalmos were higher than those in the patients without exophthalmos(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between IL-2 and TSH in elderly patients with goiter and hyperthyroidism(P<0.05).IL-2 was negatively correlated with T3,T4 and TRAb(P<0.05).IL-6 and IL-17 were negatively correlated with TSH(P<0.05)and positive correlated with T3 and T4(P<0.05).IL-6 and TRAb were positively correlated(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-17 in elderly patients with goiter and hyperthyroidism have significant changes,and are related to disease development and illness state.
