硫酸镁联合缬沙坦治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果及对尿蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁联合缬沙坦治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果及尿蛋白量的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者180例,依据治疗方法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以缬沙坦治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,比较用药前后收缩压、舒张压以及24 h尿蛋白定量,并记录不良反应发生率。结果用药后,两组收缩压、舒张压以及24 h尿蛋白定量均低于用药前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论硫酸镁联合缬沙坦治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果显著,能有效地降低血压和尿蛋白量,且安全性高。Objective To investigate clinical effectiveness of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Valsartan in treatment of patients with pregnancy-hypertension syndrome and its effects on blood pressure and urinary protein content.Methods A total of 180 parturient women with pregnancy-hypertension syndrome admitted during April 2016 and April 2017 were divided into control group and observation group(n=90 for each group)according to different therapeutic methods.Control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while observation group was added with Valsartan on the basis of treatment for control group.In two groups,clinical effects were observed,and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment,and 24 h urinary protein quantitation were compared,and incidence rate of adverse reactions were recorded.Results After administration,values of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein quantitation were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium Sulfate combined with Valsartan in treatment of patients with pregnancy-hypertension syndrme may achieve good clinical effectiveness,and it may effectively reduce blood pressure and urinary protein quantitation with good safety.
