一体化诊治成人急性会厌炎53例的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察一体化诊治在成人急性会厌炎中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析武警江苏省总队医院2015年9月至2018年6月收治的53例成人急性会厌炎患者的临床资料,统计救治效果。结果:治疗总有效率为92.45%(49/53),行紧急气管切开者3例,环甲膜切开后气管切开者1例,入院即接受会厌脓肿切开引流者2例,后期合并会厌脓肿行切开引流者3例,53例患者均痊愈出院。结论:一体化诊治可提高成人急性会厌炎患者的救治成功率。Objective:To observe effects of integrated diagnosis and treatment in adult acute epiglottis.Methods:The clinical data of53adult patients with acute epiglottis were retrospectively analyzed.The effects were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was92.45%(49/53),wherein3patients underwent emergency tracheotomy,1patient underwent tracheotomy through the incision of cricothyroid membrane,2patients underwent epiglottic abscess incision and drainage on admission,and3cases were given abscess incision and drainage later.53patients were cured and discharged.Conclusions:Integrated diagnosis and treatment can improve the success rate of treatment in the adults with acute epiglottis.
