移动医疗App+微信群在冠心病PCI术后患者延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察移动医疗App+微信群在冠心病PCI术后患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法:选取100例冠心病PCI术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组给予常规延续护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合移动医疗App+微信群延续护理,比较两组护理效果、不良事件发生率及生活质量。结果:研究组均衡饮食、生活作息、康复运动、正规服药、按时复诊评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率为8.00%(4/50),明显低于对照组的26.00%(13/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SF-36各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移动医疗App+微信群应用在冠心病PCI术后患者的延续护理中效果显著,既可降低不良事件发生率,又可提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe application effects of mobile medical App+WeChat group in continuing nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:One hundred patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine continuation care,while the study group used the mobile medical App+WeChat continuing nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The nursing effects,incidence of adverse events and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of balanced diet,life routines,rehabilitation exercise,regular medication,and on-time return visit of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was8.00%(4/50),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.00%,13/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36dimensions of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the continuous nursing of the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,the mobile medical App+WeChat group is effective.Moreover,it can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of life of these patients.
