摘　　要：目的探讨基于智能手机APP的双语互动平台在居家照护者中的应用及实践。方法通过成立专业团队、开发工具、系统规划、系统架构和功能架构建立双语互动照护模式,并评价其实用性和便捷性。结果使用者对双语互动平台的实用性和便捷性满意度较高。结论通过建立医护与家属及外籍照顾者之间沟通的平台,其在健康照护领域中具有可行性,可提升居家照护品质。Objective To explore the application and practice of bilingual interactive platform based on smart phone APP in home car-egivers.Methods A bilingual interactive care model was established by establishing a professional team,development tools,system planning,system architecture and functional architecture,and applied to evaluate the user's practicality and convenience after the end of the study.Results Users are more satisfied with the implementation and convenience of the bilingual interactive care platform.Conclusion By estab-lishing a platform for communication between health care and family members and foreign caregivers,it is feasible in the field of health care and can improve the quality of home care.
