摘　　要：近年来,吉林省民办高校在政策春风的吹拂下迅速发展,其数量已经占据全省高校总数的1/3。本文基于对吉林省12所民办高校法人实体状况和省级政策实施的考察,认为在国家民办高校分类管理改革迅速推进的背景下,吉林省民办高校法人治理政策体系的构建只有紧紧把握其时效性、系统性、实质性三个特征才能取得成效。In recent years,private colleges and universities in Jilin Province have developed rapidly under the guise of the policy spring breeze,and their number has occupied one third of the total number of universities in the province.Based on the investigation of the status of legal entities and the implementation of provincial policies in 12 private universities in Jilin Province,this paper believes that the construction of the corporate governance policy system of private colleges in Jilin Province can only grasp the timeliness under the background of the rapid reform of classified management in private universities.Three characteristics of systemic and substantive can achieve results.
