丹七软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑血管病患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究丹七软胶囊联合依达拉奉对急性缺血性脑血管病患者的凝血功能及一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年3月如皋市人民医院收治的急性缺血性脑血管病患者116例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,采用丹七软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗。治疗2周后,比较2组患者凝血功能、炎性反应因子、NO、内皮素-1(ET-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:治疗后2组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、NO和SOD水平均较治疗前升高;纤维蛋白原(FIB)、ET-1、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组变化程度更显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:常规治疗基础上,丹七软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑血管病,能够改善凝血功能和神经功能,降低炎性反应。Objective:To explore the effects on coagulation function,NO and ET in patients with acute ischemic stroke of Danqi soft capsule combined with Edaravone.Methods:A total of 116 patients with acute ischemic stroke from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the the control group and observation group,with 58 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Danqi soft capsule combined with Edaravone on the basis of routine treatment.After two weeks of treatment,the coagulation function,inflammatory factors,levels of NO,ET-1,neuron specific enolase(NSE)and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the time of PT,APTT and TT,the levels of NO and SOD in the two groups all increased(P<0.05).The levels of FIB,ET-1,IL-6,CRP and NSE in the two groups all decreased(P<0.05),and those changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,Danqi soft capsule combined with Edaravone can improve blood coagulation and nerve function,as well as reduce inflammatory reaction in treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
