摘 要:目的对东洞庭湖出口洪道整治工程岳阳县麻塘大堤段水利血防工程灭螺效果进行血防效果评估。方法收集岳阳县2008~2017年东洞庭湖出口洪道整治工程设计资料和周边环境钉螺调查资料,结合现场调查综合评价其防治效果。结果工程实施前至2017年春季,麻塘大堤北闸沉螺池涵闸改造防螺工程实施后垸外洲滩钉螺密度下降94. 1%,沉螺池闸内及下游渠道钉螺降为0;麻塘大堤块石护坡防螺工程实施后垸外易感地带钉螺密度下降72. 0%,大堤护坡沿线钉螺降为0。两处血防水利工程实施后均未查出感染性钉螺。结论岳阳县东洞庭湖出口洪道整治工程防灭螺效果显著,各项指标达到血防要求,但工程实施后仍需加强工程维护与疫情监测。Objective To evaluate the effects of snail control at the outlet of east Dongting Lake(within the area of Matang embankment of Yueyang county)following renovated floodway project,based on the monitoring outcomes.Methods Data of the project design and snail status in the specific areas were collected in Yueyang county from 2008 to 2017,and the snail control effects were comprehensively evaluated by the field information.Results The snail density at the beaches outside the embankment at Matang area was decreased by 94.1% by the Spring season of 2017 from the project renovation(settling basin for snails),and was reduced to zero both inside and outside areas at the settling basin for snails as well as in the channels downstream.The snail density was also decreased by 72.0% in Matang areas with snail prevalence after bank protection revetment made of rocks,and reduced to zero along the renovated embankment.No infected snails were found following the project.Conclusion Renovated floodway project at the outlet of east Dongting Lake results in important effects on snail control in Yueyang county,and the construction satisfies schistosomiasis prevention.However,regular maintenance of the project and monitoring of snail status are still necessary.
