摘 要:目的掌握上高县钉螺孳生环境分布现状,为今后螺情监测提供技术支撑。方法采取回顾性调查和现场调查相结合的方法,调查全县钉螺孳生环境;用GPSmap76采集环境空间数据,结合Google Earth绘制钉螺孳生环境图。结果调查的67个环境均为山丘型流行类型。孳生钉螺环境总面积516. 51 hm^2,历史累计有螺面积为232. 56 hm^2,未发现有螺面积。Ⅱ类环境数和面积分别占10. 45%和6. 49%,Ⅲ类环境数和面积分别占89. 55%和93. 51%。有60个环境局部或全部有人为改变,占总环境数的89. 55%,主要方式以农业结构调整或血防林为主,其次是田地整治,再次是沟渠硬化或护坡,城镇化建设最少。结论上高县历史有螺环境改造呈中等局部程度,仍存在钉螺孳生的基本条件,尚需开展持续的螺情监测工作。Objective To understand environmental status for breeding Oncomelania hupensis in Shanggao County for evidence to plan scientific measures in following prevention and control of the snails.Methods On-site investigation together with data review was performed in the snail breeding environment across the county using GPSmap 76 handheld GPS receiver.Environmental map for snail growth was drawn based on the data and Google Earth.Results The 67 environments surveyed were all hilly endemic area.Total area susceptible to snail breeding was 516.51 hm^2.Snails were absent in a total of 232.56 hm^2 with historical prevalence.The number of classⅡand classⅢenvironment and area accounted for 10.45%and 6.49%;and 89.55%and 93.51%,respectively.Local changes were found in 60 environments,which were associated with artificial results,accounting for 89.55%of the total environmental number.Environmental change was primarily involved in adjustment of the agricultural structure,forestation for schistosomiasis prevention,field remediation,hardening of the ditches and channels or revetment project,yet few of the change was associated with constructions for urbanization purpose.Conclusion Transformation of the historical snail environment in Shanggao county is at medium level,suggesting that certain environments are still favorable to snail breeding,and monitoring of snails status is essential in following work.
