摘 要:以S_2Cl_2为原料,经氨气氨化制得中间体S_4N_4,纯化后的S_4N_4再与AgF_2进行氟化反应,合成目标气体NSF_3。重结晶以苯为优良溶剂,液氮冷凝作为收集方式。采用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱和傅里叶红外光谱等对产物进行了表征。制备的NSF_3可用于SF_6替代气体的后续应用性能研究。Using S2Cl2 as raw material,the intermediate S 4N 4 was obtained by ammoxidation of ammonia,and the purified S 4N 4 was then fluorinated with AgF 2 to synthesize the target gas NSF3.The recrystallization of benzene as an excellent solvent,and the liquid nitrogen condensation as an optimization condition for the collection method.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The prepared NSF 3 can be used for the follow-up performance study of SF 6 substitute gas.
