摘  要:针对咪唑类铁基离子液体(Fe-IL)在脱硫过程中粘度较大、酸性较强等缺陷,导致气液传质反应效率较低、工作硫容远小于理论硫容等问题,以Fe-IL为脱硫溶液主体,分别选用非质子强极性物理溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、聚乙二醇二甲醚(PEGDE)和N-甲酰基吗啉(NFM)作为强化脱硫促进剂,通过调节Fe-IL与物理溶剂质量比,考察物理溶剂对Fe-IL脱硫效率增强效果。结果表明,常温常压下,物理溶剂与Fe-IL质量比为1∶1时,NMP的强化脱硫效果最好,且在30 min内化学硫容为0. 42 g/L,是其纯的铁基离子液体的2. 5倍。1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium terachloroferrate(Fe-IL)presents defects such as higher viscosity and stronger acidity in desulfurization,which leads to lower efficiency of gas-liquid mass transfer,sulfur capacity far less than theoretical sulfur capacity and etc.Using Fe-IL as desulphurizing solution,N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP),polyethyleneglycol dimethylether(PEGDE)and N-formyl morpholine(NFM)were selected as additives,respectively.And then the effect of physical solvent on enhancing the desulfurization efficiency of Fe-IL has been investigated by monitoring the mass ratio between Fe-IL and physical solvent.The results showed that the enhancement effect of NMP on desulfurization was the best when the mass ratio between Fe-IL and physical solvent was 1∶1 under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure.And chemical sulfur capacity was 0.42 g/L within 30 min that was higher 2.5 times than pure iron based ionic liquid.
