摘  要:由于现在商业化的普通聚乙烯醇的规整度不够高,结晶能力较差,生产能耗大,因此在高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维的产业化上仍存在一系列困难,因此从聚合单体、引发体系和聚合方法的角度综述了高间规立构规整度、高分子量聚乙烯醇的研究进展,并对聚乙烯醇纤维的纺丝方法、拉伸和后处理工艺等进行了详述,同时简述了高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维在建筑、国防领域等方面的应用,指出了今后高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维的发展方向。As the current commercial polyvinyl alcohol has insufficient stero-regularity,inadequate molecular weight,and not enough crystallinity,there are still certain difficulties in the industrialization of high strength and high modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber.Therefore,this work overviews the synthesis of high syndiotacticity,high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol from the point of view of the choice of polymeric monomers,initiator systems and the polymerization methods and also describes the spinning methods,drawing and finishing processes of polyvinyl alcohol in detail.The application of high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber in construction and defense fields are also described.At the same time,this article also points out the prospects the future development.
