利用马尔科夫和灰色模型预测高校师资队伍

摘　　要：状态转移矩阵是马尔科夫预测的关键。本文通过多元回归理论,建立多目标规划模型求解马尔科夫状态转移矩阵;借助灰色预测GM(1,1)模型来改进马尔科夫模型状态转移容易局限于内部等缺陷;将该模型运用于某高校师资队伍预测,为优化高校师资队伍结构提供一种有效的方法。The Markov transition matrix is the key to Markov prediction.With multiple regression theory,we intend to solve the Markov prediction transfer probability matrix by multi-objective programming model,and meanwhile,with the grey prediction GM(1,1)model,we try to overcome the defect that the probability transfer of Markov model is only limited inside.The model is applied to the prediction of a certain university faculty,which provides an effective way to optimize the structure of university faculty.
