摘 要:大量锌元素进入土壤系统,对生态环境及人类健康会产生严重威胁。本文通过对吊兰进行锌胁迫下的盆栽实验,研究吊兰根际土壤、非根际土壤以及空白组土壤中微生物的数量。结果表明:重金属锌胁迫下培养54天的吊兰土壤中微生物的细菌数、放线菌数及真菌数均呈先增加后减小的趋势,且在培养36天时达到数量峰值;微生物的数量从高到底依次是根际土壤、非根际土壤、空白组土壤,培育后期微生物数目基本保持不变。在重金属锌的影响下,低浓度锌对土壤微生物的生长有一定的促进作用,高浓度则抑制微生物的生长。A large amount of zinc entering the soil system will pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health.In this paper,the number of microorganism in rhizosphere soil,non-rhizosphere soil and blank soil are studied by pot experiments under zinc stress.The results show that the number of bacteria,actinomyces and fungi both increased first and then decreased under heavy metal zinc stress for54days and reached the peak number when cultured for36days.The number of microorganism from high to low is rhizosphere soil,non-rhizosphere soil and blank soil,and the number of microorganism in the late cultivation period remains unchanged.Under the effects of heavy metal zinc,low concentration of zinc has a certain effect on the growth of soil microorganisms,and high concentration of zinc inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
