摘 要:在高校体育竞技健美操运动竞赛体系下,专项耐力是运动员在高强度比赛中能够稳定发挥的重要保障。根据大学生运动员的特点和训练目标,基于运动训练学原理选择合适的训练内容。在体能自行车、越野跑、跳绳等一般耐力训练中融入基础动作组合的重复、间歇训练和一般力量训练,提高竞技健美操运动员的体能储备、一般耐力水平。专项耐力训练则根据竞赛组别制定训练目标,进行学年、学期大周期训练安排,适当安排大强度、中度运动量的训练内容。在训练过程中,机动调整耐力训练间隔和训练负荷,以促进训练效果的积累;为避免运动员在专项耐力训练中出现倦怠,需丰富耐力训练方法与内容。Under the sports aerobics competition system of colleges and universities,special endurance is an important guarantee for athletes to play steadily in high-intensity competition.According to the characteristics of college athletes and training objectives,we should choose the appropriate training content based on the principles of sports training.To improve the level of physical agility and general endurance,the repeat,interval training and general strength training of basic movements are integrated in the general endurance training,such as physical bicycle,cross-country running,rope skipping,etc.The physical training is designed according to the training objectives of the competition group and the training schedule of the academic year and semester.The training content of high intensity and moderate amount are arranged appropriately.During training,the training interval and training load are adjusted appropriately to promote the accumulation of training effect.In order to avoid lassitude in special endurance training,it is necessary to enrich the method and the content of endurance training.
