摘 要:采用"原位化学反应"法制备高效介孔镍基催化剂,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP),X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)以及N_2吸附-脱附等手段对催化剂进行表征分析。结果表明,几乎接近100%的Ni元素全部负载在白炭黑载体上,该负载金属的方法原料利用率高,比较符合"原子经济"理念;得到的催化剂中含有大量介孔,孔径集中分布在10~50 nm;当金属含量高达30.2%时,金属Ni纳米粒子仍然分散均匀,粒径小且分布范围窄,尺寸为(4.3±0.6)nm。得到的介孔镍基催化剂SiO_2@Ni在催化间二硝基苯加氢制间苯二胺的反应中表现出较高的活性以及良好的循环使用性。Efficient and mesoporous nickel-based catalyst was prepared through an“in situ chemical reaction”,and the catalysts were characterized by inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and N2 adsorption-desorption.The results showed that almost 100%nickel was loaded on SiO2 supports,and this metal-loading method had high utilization ratio of raw materials,which was in line with the concept of“atomic economy”.The obtained catalyst possessed a large amount of meso-pores with size distribution mostly between 10 and 50 nm.When nickel content was as high as 30.2%(mass fraction),the Ni nanoparticles still uniformly dispersed and had a narrow size distribution range of(4.3±0.6)nm.The obtained mesoporous nickel-based catalyst of SiO2@Ni exhibited high catalytic activity and reusability in the preparation of m-phenylene diamine through the hydrogenation of m-dinitrobenzene.
