摘 要:对浙贝母原产地及其迁地引种后进行含量分析,为筛选适合重庆地区栽培的浙贝母种源提供实验数据.采用高效液相色谱法对浙贝母药材中生物碱类指标成分进行含量分析,采用紫外—可见分光光度法测定浙贝母药材中总生物碱含量,比较原产地及其迁地引种后浙贝母药材有效成分的变化情况.结果显示,原产地及其迁地引种后浙贝母药材中贝母素甲、贝母素乙、贝母辛等生物碱类有效成分的含量存在较大差异,结合总生物碱含量的测定结果,表明原产地及其迁地引种后浙贝母药材有效成分差异较大.实验表明,浙贝母迁地栽培是可行的,其中仁川半坑、安徽花桥处浙贝母引种后生物碱类成分含量有所上升,可引种至重庆地区栽培.The paper aims to select the theoretical basis for Fritillaria Thunbergii provenance which could be planted in Chongqing,and to do quality analysis for Fritillaria Thunbergii origin and exsitu introduction.In the study,the content of test index alkaloid in Fritillaria Thunbergii was measured by HPLC method;the total content of alkaloidal was evaluated by using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry;then the contents of active chemical composition were used for comparison of the Fritillaria Thunbergii in origin and exsitu.The results showed that there were huge differences in the effective contents of Peimine,Peiminine and Peimisine in Fritillaria Thunbergii origin and exsitu.With the analysis of the total content of alkaloidal,the research suggested that obvious differences existed in the chemical composition in Fritillaria Thunbergii origin and exsitu introduction.It is concluded that based on the above-mentioned results,the study proves that Fritillaria Thunbergii can be cultivated on a large scale.Because the content of alkaloid in Fritillaria Thunbergii of Inchon crater and Anhui Huaqiao has increased,the Fritillaria Thunbergii can be introduced in Chongqing for cultivation.
