大型机组垫层蜗壳充水基础抬升数值分析

摘  要:随着水轮机组设计开发难度不断提高,其蜗壳弹性垫层埋设方案比选和混凝土基础抬升量计算,对于机组的安全稳定运行起重要作用.传统单独考虑座环蜗壳的分析方法已不能胜任当前需要,亟待发展一套兼顾座环蜗壳、弹性垫层和混凝土基础的研究手段,为蜗壳垫层方案的选取和轴承设计提供计算支持.采用ANSYSWorkbench有限元软件,建立了垫层蜗壳—混凝土联合受力模型,分析了多种工况下蜗壳充水下机架和定子机座基础抬升规律.计算结果显示,下机架和定子基础不平衡上抬分布规律基本一致,不平衡抬机受水压力和基础载荷共同作用.本计算方法和结果可为其电机和轴承优化设计提供重要参考依据.With the increasing difficulty in the design and development of the turbine unit,the comparison of the laying scheme of the large-scale unit spiral case with elastic cushion and the calculation of the lifting amount of the generator's concrete pedestal have played an important role in the safeand stable operation of the unit.The traditional analysis method of considering the stay ring and spiral case alone is not suitable for the current needs.It is urgent to develop a set of research methods that take into consideration of the stay ring,spiral case,elastic cushion and concrete foundation,and also provide calculation for the cushion scheme selection of the spiral case and the bearing design.In this paper,the ANSYS-Workbench finite element software is used to establish the interaction modeamong cushion,spiral case and concrete,and the uplifting law of the generator pedestal in various volute filling spiral case-filled water conditions is analyzed.The calculation results show that the unbalanced uplift distribution of the lower bracketand the stator base is basically the same,and the unbalanced lift is affected by the water pressure and the foundation load.The calculation methods and resultsprovided in this paper have important reference for motor and bearing optimization design.
