摘 要:以8-羟基喹啉为络合剂,采用荧光分光光度法测定钙制剂中微量铝(Ⅲ),考察铝(Ⅲ)与8-羟基喹啉的显色条件.在pH=6. 0的醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲溶液中,铝(Ⅲ)与8-羟基喹啉形成稳定的配合物.使用三氯甲烷萃取,配合物的激发波长和发射波长分别为392 nm和512 nm.铝(Ⅲ)在2~200μg/L范围内,荧光强度与铝(Ⅲ)含量具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2=0. 998 3;方法的最低检出限为0. 2μg/L.该方法准确,简便,灵敏度高,可用于钙试剂中铝(Ⅲ)的测定.In this paper,8-hydroxyquinoline as complexing agent and trichloromethane as extracting solvent were used to determine trace aluminium(Ⅲ)in calcium reagent by fluorescence spectrophotometry.The chromogenic conditions of aluminum(Ⅲ)and8-hydroxyquinoline were investigated.In the acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution of pH=6.0,stable complexes was formed by aluminum(Ⅲ)and8-hydroxyquinolinol.Chloroform was used as extraction agent.The excitation and emission wavelengths of complexes were392nm and512nm,respectively.The fluorescence intensity of aluminum(Ⅲ)has a good linear relationship with the content of aluminum(Ⅲ)in the range of2~200g/L.The correlation coefficient R^2=0.9983.The method is accurate,simple and sensitive,and it can be used for the determination of aluminum(Ⅲ)in calcium preparations.
