The co-precipitation method has the advantages of convenient operation, low cost, good stability of waste residue and no secondary pollution for the treatment of boiling water containing vanadium, thus it has a good development and application prospect. In this paper, ferric ions were mixed into vanadium-containing wastewater, and the vanadium ions were deposited in the coprecipitation system under the condition of dropping alkaline solution to adjust the pH value of reaction system.Through this way,we immobilized the vanadium ions in the coprecipitation system and achieved the purpose of removing vanadium from the solution. The experimental results showed that the initial concentration of vanadium solution was set as200mg/L,the initial n(Fe)/n(V)was set as2,CaO emulsions was used to neutralize reaction system pH value of4,then more than99%of vanadium was removed, and the vanadium removal rate was achieved stability at about100h.The results of kinetic experiments showed that the removal rate of vanadium remains unchanged after378h,so that, the vanadium coprecipitation system was stable.
