摘 要:以某货车驾驶室悬置系统为研究对象,为改善其隔振性能,对其性能参数进行优化设计。首先采用参数辨识和曲线拟合的方法,用等效刚度系数和等效阻尼比系数修正弹性元件设计参数,获取准确的等效仿真模型。其次,采用DOE试验方法,对影响模态频率的弹性性能参数和尺寸性能参数进行了灵敏度分析。最后,对影响隔振性能的主因进行优化设计并进行试验验证,试验结果表明,平顺性提高了20%,说明此方法对改善模型的准确性和优化驾驶室悬置系统合理有效,具有工程应用价值。To improve vibration isolation performance of a truck cab suspension system,we optimized its performance parameters.Firstly,we used parameter identification and curve fitting method,and equivalent stiffness coefficient and equivalent damping ratio to modify the design parameters of elastic elements,to obtain accurate simulation model.Secondly,we adopted the DOE method to make sensitivity analysis on elastic performance parameters and dimensional performance parameters affecting modal frequency.Finally,we optimized the main causes affecting vibration isolation performance and conducted test for verification.Test results show that compared with the original structure,the ride comfort of the optimized structure is improved by20%,indicating that this method is effective improving model accuracy and optimizing cab suspension system,it thus has engineering application values.
