摘 要:以实际废水为研究对象,通过比较进水中不同浓度三聚氰胺(MA)下A/O工艺的生物除磷效率、内聚物储存量以及相关关键酶活性,探究了MA长期暴露对生物除磷的影响。结果表明,低浓度MA(0.05mg/L)对生物除磷效率影响不明显,然而当MA由0mg/L增加至5.00mg/L时,生物除磷效率由90%下降至50%。MA能抑制聚磷菌厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷,且MA浓度越高,对厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷的抑制程度越高。MA的存在将抑制聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)合成及外切多聚磷酸盐水解酶(PPX)和多聚磷酸盐激酶(PPK)活性,且当MA达到5.00mg/L时,PHA的最大合成量仅为1.40mmol/(L·g),是空白对照组的70%。Effect of long-term exposure to melamine(MA)on the performance of biological phosphorus removal induced by A/O regime were explored by comparing the different influent concentrations of MA on biological phosphorus removal efficiency,storage capacity of intracellular polymers and the activities of related key enzymes using actual wastewater as the research object.The experimental results showed that the low concentration of MA(0.05mg/L)had no obvious effect on the biological phosphorus removal efficiency.However,when the concentration of MA increased from0mg/L to5.00mg/L,biological phosphorus removal efficiency decreased from90%to50%.The presence of MA could inhibit the anaerobic phosphorus release and aerobic phosphorus uptake of phosphorus accumulating bacteria,and the higher the MA concentration,the higher inhibition rate of anaerobic phosphorus release and aerobic phosphorus uptake.Further studies showed that the presence of MA could inhibit the polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA)synthesis and activity of exopolyphosphatase(PPX)and phosphate kinase(PPK).When5.00mg/L MA existed,the maximum amount of PHA synthesis was only1.40mmol/(L·g),which was70%of that in control experiment.
