摘  要:以氧化镁和硫酸镁作为镁源采用鸟粪石(MAP)沉淀法对酿酒废水开展了除磷实验研究,考察不同因素对TP去除效果的影响。结果表明:除磷效果影响因素重要性排序为pH>转速>Mg^(2+)与P的摩尔比。以氧化镁为镁源时,MAP沉淀法的最佳反应条件为pH=10.0,转速150r/min,Mg^(2+)与P摩尔比为1.2;以硫酸镁为镁源时,MAP沉淀法的最佳反应条件为pH=10.0,转速50r/min,Mg^(2+)与P摩尔比为1.0。正交实验与单因素实验结果基本一致,最佳条件下TP去除率均可达90%以上。受酿酒废水矿物成分影响,MAP沉淀中的MgNH_4PO_4·6H_2O纯度较低,综合考虑,采用MAP沉淀法去除酿酒废水中的磷时宜选用氧化镁作为镁源。In this paper,struvite(MAP)precipitation method was applied to treat brewing wastewater for phosphorus removal with using magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate as magnesium sources separately.The effects of different factors on TP removal were investigated.The results showed that the importance of influencing factors followed the order of pH>rotational speed>molar ratio of Mg^2+to P.When magnesium oxide was used as the magnesium source,the optimum reaction conditions for MAP precipitation method were pH=10.0,the rotation speed was150r/min,and the molar ratio of Mg^2+to P was1.2.When magnesium sulfate was used as the magnesium source,the optimal reaction conditions for MAP precipitation method were pH=10.0,rotation speed was50r/min,molar ratio of Mg^2+to P was1.0.Orthogonal experiment was basically consistent with the single factor experiment results.Under the optimal conditions,the TP removal rate could reach more than90%.Affected by the mineral composition of the brewing wastewater,the purity of MgNH4PO4·6H2O in MAP precipitation was relatively low.Appling MAP precipitation method for brewing wastewater treatment,magnesia oxide was much better than magnesium sulfate as a magnesium source.
