摘  要:为研究缩合单宁对肉牛过瘤胃蛋白特性的影响,本试验采用4×4拉丁方试验,在苜蓿草粉中分别添加0%、1%、3%、5%的缩合单宁,应用尼龙袋法和改进三步体外法测定紫花苜蓿中蛋白质在瘤胃内的降解特性及过瘤胃蛋白消化率。结果表明,随着缩合单宁含量增加苜蓿草蛋白质在瘤胃内的降解率逐渐下降,在3 h,A、B、C组降解率分别较对照组降低15.74%、25.10%、47.22%(P <0.05);在24 h,B、C组降解率分别较对照组降低21.59%、31.31%(P <0.05),A组与对照组差异不显著(P> 0.05)。A、B、C组的a值分别较对照组降低21.40%、32.82%、49.05%(P <0.05);b值分别较对照组降低6.52%、14.46%、19.96%(P <0.05);A组的c值与对照组差异不显著(P> 0.05),B、C组的c值分别较对照组降低28.57%、71.43%(P <0.05)。A、B、C组的有效降解率(ED)值分别较对照组降低8.34%、21.51%、31.07%(P <0.05)。A组苜蓿草过瘤胃蛋白小肠消化率与对照组差异不显著(P> 0.05),B组、C组分别较对照组升高13.12%、21.03%(P <0.05)。结果显示,缩合单宁能够降低苜蓿草蛋白质在瘤胃内的消化率,提高其在小肠内的消化率。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of condensed tannin on rumen-bypass protein(RBPP) characteristics of beef cattle.A 4×4 Latin square design was used with condensed tannin levels of 0%(CK group),1%(A group),3%(B group),5%(C group) add to the alfalfa meal,and estimated the ruminal degradation characteristics of crude protein and digestibility of rumen-bypass protein(RBPP) by the experiments of nylon-bag and small intestinal digestion test in vitro method.The results showed as follows:with the increase of condensed tannin content,the degradation rate of alfalfa protein in the rumen decreased gradually.Compared with the CK,the degradation rate of A,B,C group was reduced by 15.74%,25.10%,47.22%in 3 h respectively(P < 0.05);the degradation rate of B,C group was reduced by 21.59%,31.31% in 24 h respectively(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the A group and the CK(P > 0.05).Compared with the CK,the c value of A,B,C group was reduced by 21.40%,32.82%,49.05%(P < 0.05);the b value of A,B,C group was reduced by 6.52%,14.46%,19.96%(P < 0.05);the c value of B,C group was reduced by 28.57%,71.43%(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the A group and the CK(P > 0.05).Compared with the CK,the effective degradation rate(ED) of A,B,C group was reduced by 8.34%,21.51%,31.07%(P < 0.05).Compared with the CK,the digestibility of rumen-bypass protein(RBPP) of B,C group was induced by 13.12%,21.03%(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the A group and the CK(P > 0.05).In conclusion,condensed tannin can reduce the digestibility of alfalfa protein in rumen and increase its digestibility in the small intestine.
