摘  要:本实验建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定貉肉中16种元素的方法,并应用该方法测定了皮用貉子腿部肌肉中的元素含量。貉肉样品采用微波消解进行处理,所得样品溶液用ICP-MS进行测定。该方法前处理得当,检出限低,准确度和精确度高,适用于测定貉肉中元素的含量。经测定貉肉中营养元素含量与羊肉相近,具有较高的开发价值,存在健康风险的重金属元素低于限量指标或未检出,不存在重金属污染的危险。The method for determination of 16 elements in meat of raccoon dog by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry linking microwave digestion were established,and the enements in meat of raccoon dog were determined by that method.The samples were digested by microwave digestion,the content of enements were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.The sample solutions meet the requirements of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,the method had perfect limits of detection,accuracy and percision,and this method was applicable to quantitative analysis for elements in meat of raccoon dog.Test showed that raccoon dog meat had as much or more nutrient elements as mutton,and it was more profitable to be exploited.Raccoon dog meat had little or no heavy metal which could affect health,and it was health on heavy metal.
