包皮环切缝合器在包皮过长矫治术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨包皮环切缝合器在包皮过长矫正术中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月笔者医院收治的包皮过长患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组应用传统包皮环切手术进行治疗,研究组应用包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术,观察比较两组患者的手术状况、患者美观满意度和生活质量。结果:研究组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数及术中出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量各项评分均优于治疗前,且研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者美观满意度80.0%明显高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:包皮过长患者的治疗过程中,应用包皮环切缝合器进行手术治疗效果理想,手术切口美观,患者生活质量提高,建议临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of circumcision stapler in the correction of redundant prepuce.Methods120cases of redundant prepuce in our hospital from May2016to May2017were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with traditional circumcision and the study group used circumcision stapler for circumcision.The operation status,satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The operation time,the time of getting out of bed,the days of hospitalization and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was80.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(50.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with redundant prepuce,circumcision stapler is an ideal surgical treatment,the surgical incision is beautiful,the quality of life of patients improved,it is recommended to promote the clinical application.
