毛发移植联合富血小板血浆注射在雄激素性秃发患者治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨毛发移植联合富血小板血浆注射在雄激素性秃发患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年9月笔者医院接收的120例雄激素性秃发患者,随机分为两组。治疗组:70例,接受毛发移植联合富血小板血浆治疗;对照组:50例,仅接受毛发移植。毛发移植术前和毛发移植联合注射PRP治疗后(即术后12周)用数码相机记录脱发区域的毛发情况,对治疗前后脱发面积,拉发试验,毛发再生情况、皮损总面积及临床疗效进行分析。结果:两组治疗前后在脱发面积、拉发试验、毛发再生方面比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后均有所改善;治疗组在减小脱发面积、改善拉发试验、提高毛发再生情况方面均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组皮损总面积明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率(87.14%)明显高于对照组(62.00%),(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:毛发移植联合富血小板血浆治疗雄激素性秃发疗效优于单独毛发移植,在临床上有很好的应用潜力。Objective To explore the value of hair transplantation combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of androgen alopecia.Methods From June2015to September2017,120patients with androgen alopecia were selected.70of them received hair transplantation combined with platelet-rich plasma as the treatment group.The other50cases received hair transplantation only as the control group.Digital cameras were used to record hair in the alopecia area before and12weeks after hair transplantation.The alopecia area,hair pulling test,hair regeneration,total area of skin lesion and clinical curative effect were analyzed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in hair loss area,hair pulling test and hair regeneration between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the area of hair loss,improving the hair pulling experiment and improving the hair regeneration.The analysis had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total area of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(87.14%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hair transplantation combined with platelet-rich plasma therapy has good clinical potential because of hair transplantation alone.
