摘 要:目的:观察新西兰大白兔自体颗粒软骨、块状软骨及条状软骨在体内异位移植后的吸收与融合情况。方法:新西兰大白兔共10只,获取一侧兔耳软骨组织,去除软骨膜后制成1mm×1mm大小颗粒软骨和1cm×1cm大小缝合的软骨块,同时获取第7、8肋软骨,实验分为颗粒软骨组、块状软骨组和条状软骨组,所有软骨组织埋置于兔背部,术后3个月取材后进行大体观察、湿重,融合后的软骨组织柔韧度测量,以及组织学观察。结果:术后3个月与术前三种形状的软骨组织湿重对比,差异无统计学意义。大体观颗粒软骨及耳块状软骨融合成一个整体,外周可见结缔组织纤维膜包裹,并可见新生血管长入,条状肋软骨未见融合,融合后的颗粒软骨及耳软骨块进行手工压缩和弯曲测量后两者形状未见改变,但融合后的颗粒软骨具备更良好的形态和柔韧度。HE染色观察可见颗粒软骨组织外周软骨细胞新生以及软骨样增生。结论:自体颗粒软骨、块状软骨及条状软骨体内异位移植3个月后均未见明显吸收,自体颗粒软骨融合后具备更加良好的外形、柔韧度和活性。Objective The absorption and fusion of autogenous granular cartilage,massive cartilage and stripe cartilage after heterotopic transplantation were observed in New Zealand white rabbits.Methods One side of rabbit ear cartilages were obtained from6New Zealand white rabbits.After perichondrium was removed,1mm×1mm diced cartilages and1cm×1cm massive cartilages were made and sutured.At the same time,the7、8th costal cartilage were obtained.The groups divided into diced cartilage group,massive cartilage group and strip cartilage group.All the cartilage tissues were buried in the back of the rabbit.The gross morphological observation,wet weight,soft toughness of the cartilage tissue after fusion and histological observation were observed3months after operation.Results Three months after operation,there was no significant difference in wet weight of three shapes of cartilage before and after operation.In gross morphological observation,diced cartilages and massive cartilages were fused into a whole,connective tissue fibrous membrane could be seen in the periphery,neovascularization could be seen,and no fusion could be seen in the striped costal cartilage.The shape of the fused diced cartilage and ear cartilage was not changed after manual compression and bending measurement.But the diced cartilage after fusion had better morphology and flexibility.HE staining showed that the peripheral chondrocytes and chondroid hyperplasia were observed.Conclusion There was no obvious absorption of autologous diced cartilage,massive cartilage and strip cartilage after3months of heterotopic transplantation.The autologous diced cartilage had a better shape,flexibility and viablity after fusion.
